Awww, thanks everyone! I feel a right fool, it's a skin infection with some swollen glands. The vet said I'd caught it really early, which is rare as it's only a wee patch -pyoderma. :)

He sometimes gets a wee matted bit in his armpti, so I noticed it when I was paying close attantion grooming him. He's on tenkorex tabs for a week, and return if it's not cleared up.

I feel a bit of a fool, I panicked though.

Its always best to get it sorted quickly even if you do panic 1st. At least you now know and don't have to worry. I reckon vets must love people like us.

Absolutely they do, mind you they probably didn't make anything from me, it cost me £3 with staff discount and no consult fee ;)

Apparently it can be hard to shift, so Im glad I didn't  wait...

Glad to hear all is well :D  Always best to get things checked if in doubt I reckon ;) Had to get Disney seen to today and it cost me a grand total of 1.63 :P  I love my job :lol:  :lol:

Mine would be similar, but I work there as a receptionists, so that's one of the perks I get. I did a lot of overtime this week too, so he waived the consult.
