Mine is Bluemuffet, it was my last choice, but I'm used to it now. Its "blue" for blue roan colouring and "muffet" because my foundation bitch Penny  is Bitcon Miss Muffet.

Has anyone on COL been successful at breeding show or trialling champions that carry their affix?
 If not champions, then what is the top award that a dog from your affix has achieved?

Our affix is Shenmore which we've had for 22 years now - it wasn't our first choice, we wanted Mistweave but we were just pipped to the post for that one by a now well-known show Greyhound breeder. Can't really remember why we chose Shenmore - think we might have just stuck a pin in the map We've bred 2 Show Champions carrying our affix and several other CC & RCC winners.

Mine is "de Mazamé". I got it last July and it was my first choice.

I built it with the first syllables of my 3 first dogs (Mademoiselle, Zabo and Mélanie).

I haven't bred yet.

Jane, it must be so rewarding having several of your own dogs as champions 

I'm hopefull that I will go into trialling with one of Bella's pups and/or even Bella in order to achieve a standard for our dogs. It's wonderful seeing other working cockers out on shoots who have been trialed as well as used for normal shoot events. When comparing Bella to some of these dogs I don't think she's too far off the mark, and with a bit of polishing I'm sure she could give some of the dogs a run for their money

Mine is Glowstar...had it for 3+ years. The "G" comes from my first name, the "low" from part of my maiden name and the "Star" bit because I couldn't think of anything else to add on the end 
I've bred 2 litters under my Affix and kept 2 bitches, Gracie is Glowstar Fly me to the Moon and Lola is Glowstar Serial Thriller

Mine is Derrindee which is take from my name Derryn De Carteret   

I haven't bred a litter yet but this is something I hope to do in the future. 

I have added the affix to my dogs though and have been successful with showing them - Douglas "Kyna Charlie Brown at Derrindee" and Marvin "Shenmore Spruce at Derrindee".

Ours is Nicibec a combination of mine and becki's names...we've had it for 9 years now and are very proud of the cockers who 'wear' the name

I have an Iirish Kennel Club registerd affix - CLONAMEG.  I wanted one that would sound sort of celtic (being a Scot living in Ireland) but also wanted one that included "Megan" the name of my first working cocker.  I hit upon Clonameg purely by chance when i saw a place called Clonmahon, liked the "clon" bit and then went a bit further to realise that Clonameg was sort of short for clone a megan (the whole point behind my future breeding plans!) and as a molecular biologist, i thought that it was sort of cool (sad i know...).  Haven't added it to Megans registered name as felt it would be too much (we already cope with Snoozin Susan of Sleepytown!) but did add it to Brantz's who is now "Fancy Brantz of Clonameg" - not sure if we will make any titles, but hopefully should get our agility warrant some day!!

Just been reading all the names we have Charliviant and were lucky to get our first choice, we thought of this by using our childrens names Charlotte, Livia and Anthony, and have added this to Bella and Fins names.

My kennel name is Kirinsway. It was my first choice and i was lucky enough to get it!  I applied because at the time i thought that i may breed Tizzy and be able to trace her line.

mine is Evanava it was taken from a character in a  sci fi series a while ago, called babylon 5 , dont know if anyone rembers it, but it was my first choice and i love it.
