Advice Please.......

Bella doesn't seem 'well' today.

She's spent most of the morning in her bed, not sleeping, just resting. She hasn't eaten much of her breakfast and she's been out for a poo 4 times this morning! The first two were normal, the third was runny and the 4th time nothing really came out.

I don't think she's eaten anything she shouldn't have although it is possible.

Should I be concerned or just see how we go?

My book says to contact the vet if she misses more than two meals or has diarhoea for 24hours+, is this the best thing to do?

She seems alert enough in herself, still wagging her tail, watching us walking about etc.

Edited to say, she's just been out for the 5th time to try and poo and it's just little drips.....

how strange, Barney is exactly the same (in runny terms), we thought it may have been because it was so hot yesterday.

has Barney been spending much time in his bed? Bella's hardly got out of her bed this morning, she looks so sad with her puppy eyes I don't like seeing her like this

With pups its always best to be on the safe side and take them to your vet (they dehydrate quickly as they have less body weight).

Libby was sick 4 times on Wednesday. She had been running around and playing then was sick. she really worried me as she got rid of all her breakfast. She then was really sorry for herself and a bit shacky, so i rang the vets. They said if she was not better later in the day to take in in.

Well she had an hours kip, woke and I gave her some boiled rice which didn't touch the sides, played all afternoon, even though I tried to keep her quiet and the scoffed her tea! i think she was just testing me! But.........if you aare at all worried I would ring the vet and see what they say.

Awww hope there all feeling a bit better, it might be the hot weather that's upsetting them.
