I went to see a litter of 3 week old cocker puppies last night  so the boys were being looked after by my auntie and her friend (both of whom by the time I got back had obviously had a glass of wine or 6  ). Anyway, turns out Disney had been sick. He had been in the garden unsupervised  (he has a penchant for stones and bits of glass so doesn't get out on his own) and had been eating bulbs, which she thinks may have been lilies  Before we left, she gave the boys a biscuit and Disney vomited his up within minutes and since then has just been bringing up bile. I'll be surprised if he has any stomach lining left!! He looks quite sorry for himself and is tucked up on the sofa :(  I nipped up to work and got him some charcoal tablets and lectade solution as he's not been wanting to drink. So far, the charcoal tablet has stayed down so going to try him with some fluids in a short while. Hate seeing them ill :(

Poor little Disney, hope he is feeling better soon, pity he won't connect eating the bulbs with feeling rotten

Well, he's decided he doesn't want to be poorly anymore and has made the most miraculous recovery   He's obviously got all the nasties out of his tummy because he's kept some water and food down and is charging about like a loony   Hopefully, he'll stay like that as he has his first christmas party tonight and I'd hate for him to miss it ;)

Glad to here that Disney has perked up.  It's amazing what the mention of the word party can do, eh??     Have fun tonight - how come my two have never been invited to a christmas party - must be mixing in the wrong circles  <_<  ;)

They had a great time - they are all lying asleep with full bellies   Disney got  his puppy foundation certificate so will start working for his bronze good citizen award when we go back in the new year. Heres a photo of them which was taken when we got home(they looked very festive in their santa coats ;) )

In case you were wondering, Dallas won the trophy  :o  :D  I'm still trying to figure out exactly why he got it  I'm guessing the committee must have felt really sorry for him(or me!!), bless his little heart
