M&S here too.  No excess. £10.65 per month.  Claimed and they paid out within 2 weeks with no problems.  :)

We use M&S too but I would reccommend having a quick peek at www.moneysavingexpert.com - it's a brilliant site with lots of independent advice on all kinds of money related issues...

I'm with  E & L.  After all the problems I had with my car insurance with More Than that continued even after I said I didn't want to renew my policy I have vowed NEVER to touch them again.

:P Ours is with Lloyds TSB and it £9.00 per month with £50 excess and they have paid out no problems with Baileys ear troubles which has been around £2000. We had only just taken out the policy when Bailey became ill. :)

There is a different thread which I started probably back in October ...

We changed over to M & S after I had done a lot of searching and cross-checking in the web ...

Make sure that they cover you for a lifetime condition for one thing; check any prior disclosures don't affect your level of cover; compare all the third party/vet bills stuff ...
