my little choc and tan girl is nearly 14 weeks and has green eyes! My blue roan's were brown at 10 weeks.  i was wondering if they might stay green! anybody else got a green eyed cocker?

I'm pretty sure that all adult cockers (dogs in general) have eyes that are a variation of brown, dont they? - enjoy those green eyes while you can, they sound lovely :D

All chocolate Cockers have lighter coloured eyes than those with black pigment (blue roans etc) so they will never have really dark brown eyes but should have eyes which are sort of hazel-coloured (if you have a look at a photo of Gilly's Buttons, she is a good example :)) Sometimes chocolate/liver Cockers do have eyes which stay greeny/yellowy but at 14 weeks old, your pup has plenty of time for the eyes to darken.

I have a chocolate roan ,shes 1 and still has green eyes.Weve never seen anoter before!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :lol:  :D

I would say that Buttons eyes are definitely Hazel and not green, I'm not sure what they look like in the pic.....but in reality they are 100% hazel  :)

Our Joris is a liver roan, he has Hazel coloured eyes  :) , we got him from 10 weeks and we have never see them green

Evie will be 16 weeks on saturday and she still has green eyes 8) ( my hubby say she looks like me as I have green eyes! :wink: ) I think it's a compliment!
