On the contrary Gill, it's because you do care for your boys so well that they do go to the vets. Rather that than "Oh we'll give it a few days and see if it clears up"

how about homeopathic Graphites have you tried that - its indicated by the description of the oozing green pus....
The homeopathic vet we see told us to bathe lip fold dermatitis with extremely strong salt water, in order to try and dry it out.
