Thanks for all the good wishes. He's perked up since thismorning and had a little walk. Fast asleep again now. Interesting thing is that news from my brother is that both his dogs have had a temp since yesterday. My mums dog Jay (see my other post re his health!) has also been very under the weather today. Since they were all together at Christmas we are assuming they have all caught the same bug. I'm feeling better since I was worried about a blockage of some sort. It has also worried my Mum enough to make a vet appt. tomorrow for Jay. I will go with her and hopefully we can get to the bottom of all his issues too.

Glad Archie is feeling better!  :bigarmhug: :bigarmhug: (Hugs from Jinley).

It does seem strange that they can catch "bugs" like us - but it is probably more of a comfort that the other doglets are also feeling a little under the weather.  Had they all been for a walk in the same place or just mixed in the home?

Good that Archie is feeling a little better.  Hoping it is just a little tummy bug and he feels better soon.
Regarding Jay, I really hope and pray that it turns out to be something and nothing there too.
I totally understand why your Mum feels as she does, Jay is obviously very precious to her.  :luv:

They walked together just once -my brother rarely takes his dogs out  >:D >:D except to work them and no one but him has any control over them on or off lead! Jay and Archie walked together most days last week and all the dogs were together in the house. We think that the problem may be that the playing field we walked them in was badly flooded. Archie had a bit of a swim in it and even when the water level dropped it was still really boggy (Jinley would have been in her element, as was Archie  :005: ) Goodness know what was in the water but I'm guessing it could be something from there. He's gone to my Mums this evening while I'm out working so she can keep him drinking and check for "output"  ;)

I'm glad Archie is seeming brighter. I hope he continues to improve.
I'm also glad that you're managing to get to the vets with your mum and Jay ;)

Good Luck at your concert :)

Aww, poor Archie.  Hope he's all better by tomorrow and that Jay's vet visit goes well.

Glad he is a bit better, my dog trainers dog has been ill this week with a temperature, maybe its the same for dogs as it is for humans and they get flu at this time of year
