Ring classes

Are there any near either Northallerton, North Yorkshire or Southampton, Hampshire??

Not sure if we will be up or down the country living just yet so would like details of both if possible.

Merlin is 21wks old , is it too late really to start these classes as I know people with experience usually begin guiding their pups from very early on to stand properly etc

If you're in the Southampton area you could try Romsey Canine Society ringcraft classes http://www.romseycaninesociety.co.uk/calendar.html. I used to go with both William and Louis when they were pups and it was a helpful, friendly class to go to with a few Cocker owners/breeders/show people. We used to have Cocker corner but I haven't been there for 3 years so I don't know what it's like now.

If Romsey is too far do a google search for Southampton (or might be Southampton & District) Canine Society to see what they have.

That's brilliant thank you, am willing to travel a bit. Just need one for Northallerton area now as I don't know where I am going to end up living at the moment.

Ringcraft classes are also held at Upham (close to Fair Oak/Bishops Waltham) http://www.uphamvillagehall.org.uk/Users.html
I used to occasionally take Georgia to this one & the ladies that run it are soooooo... helpful & friendly 
The classes at Romsey are good too but tbh the advice given at the Upham classes was excellent
