Thinking of you and Albert this morning.  Hope the op goes well and the results show nothing sinister  :luv: xx

Best of luck for today.

Charlie had a lump removed this time last year...when I picked him up he couldn't stand, he just wanted cuddles me all night (eating dinner at at table with a dog on your knee isn't easy - we'd moved the table so I was sat next to him on the sofa, but it was too far away for him...He woke up a bit about 8-9ish...then he spent the entire night crying and fidgeting...(great when I was at work in the morning) - my dad had the following day off to look after him, but the following morning he was right as rain :).

He didn't seem in pain with the crying :) - tonight might be hard, but tomrrow he'll be right as rain :)

Let us know how he gets on :)
My beautiful little boy Charlie :)

Have now heard form the vets, the lump was a fatty lump and has been removed so thats good news BUT the vet said that Albert's lymph nodes were enlarged.  The vet has taken a needle aspirate from the lymph nodes and will be looking at this under the microscope once it has dried.  Am keeping my fingers crossed

Ali

Here is hoping that the Lymph aspirate is ok. Apparently the lymph glands in the neck are very often elevated anyway.

Hoping Albert makes a speedy recovery.  :luv: :luv: :luv: :luv:

The vets can't see anything wrong with Alberts lymph nodes but says will check again when we take him to have his stitches out.  Am so glad my gorgeous boy is home with me, he's having a good snore lying on the settee at the moment :luv:

Really pleased that Albert is safely back home with you and that nothing nasty has been found. Hope everything goes well with his recovery and when he has his stitches out. What a relief :bigarmhug:
