help!!

despite help from the mods, I still have problems when first going into the site.

I have to hit F5 everytime as it doesn't seem to update automatically.  Why?

Have you tried deleting your cookies Sarah? You can do this by clicking the link towards the bottom of the forum index page. Also if you use Internet Explorer, you might want to check your settings to ensure pages are automatically refreshed - go to Tools - Internet Options - Settings (under Temporary Internet Files), then make sure there's a check against "every visit to the page". If you've got a check against "never", this might be stopping the pages being refreshed. Worth a try anyway :)

Checked settings and there was a tick by never.  Have changed it and will see if it makes a difference.
