Dropped him off at 8.30, he wasn't too pleased and a bit stressed as he doesn't like the vets :shades:
Feel quite guilty at the minute as Lulu our Jack Russel is wandering around looking for him.
Bailey is first on the list this morning for op's and they said they will ring as soon as he's been done to let us know how he is.
They also said he can come home today all being well.

Thanks again for all your kind wishes :luv:

Bailey out of surgery 12.15, he's doing really well according to the nurse.
To pick him up at 3pm but if he get's stressed then it will be sooner she said.

So so relieved that the surgery is over :luv:

I'm watching this with a view to Lyla being done. I have to weigh up if it will do more harm than good first.....for Lyla. :-\

Bailey got picked up at 3pm, so far he's had a little bit to eat and mostly slept in his bed, bit dopey and zonked but thats to be expected.
I'm expecting him to jump about when my OH get's in from work so will have to firm with him to 'stay'.....Bailey, not OH  :005:

Glad Bailey is home safe and well.  Good luck for the recovery period.....Probably going to be hard to keep him quiet knowing these crazy cockers!

Really pleased he's home and snoozing - Miss P did a lot of that for the first 24 hours x

Bailey actually had a good night. OH slept on the couch with him with his collar off as he was shaking his head to get it off.
Had plenty to eat and drink, little bit, and often.
Had a small wee but no poo yet.
Lulu is a bit bewildered, don't think she understands whats going on at all but she does know there is something wrong with her big bro :luv:

The only 'down-side' so far is having to keep a constant eye on him that he doesn't scrape his bum along the floor :shades:
So....so far so good.

Will update again tomorrow.
