That pic's a bit small to be able to tell - she looks like she might be but if she is she's very dark for an orange roan. She looks more like a gold with white markings, possiby the reslut of a roan/solid mixed mating. But this could all be wrong. If you could post a better pic that would help a lot ;)

Does she have any patches of orange, the roan is usually much lighter than the patches, if she's completely gold with a white or roan blaze then she's mismarked and most likely from a parti to solid mating. What's she registered as?

I don't think she's a roan, looks like a solid red or golden. Is she from working lines?

She's adorable!  :luv:

I think I remember reading that one parent was a solid and the other a Roan, so is this mismarked?

I would say gold with white markings, definitely not orange roan, but gorgeous with it though

Looks quite similar to my Jake whose vet put him as a 'red roan' on his vaccination card. He was very light (golden) when I got him, but four weeks later his coat does seem to be getting darker (or perhaps that's down to all the dirt he picked up rolling around in the sand on the beach yesterday!)
