Puppy Eyesight Question

Hey all,

A few people have told me that pups under 12 weeks don't have that good eye sight. And that it improves all the way to adult 12 months is this true? I thought their eyesight was not good in just the first 4 or 5 weeks...

Not sure at all but I know that when Wherry was a pup we were concerned about er eyesight, thinking she was blind as she just used her nose and didn't seem to use her eyes at all.  She's fine now of course.

Also their eyes appear blue in piccys when they are under 8 weeks but not sure what that indicates.

Hopefully someone else will come along with the answer
