Is "Dobby" a working type then?  He looks like a show??

Well done for taking him on until his forever home appears.

I'll have to meet you sometime at the Country Park, guess it will be busy soon with the kids breaking up next week.

He definatly looks working to me, although i'm no expert when you compare him to remy he definatly has a flatter head and his ears are a bit shorter and he is much taller that her. Even if it's not 100% there is definatly working dna there somewhere.

It would be great to meet up with you i'll pm you

It seems like fate that he has moved from Wales to Northamptonshire - so much nearer to us in Leicestershire. We would love another boy and a non puppy to try and bridge the age gap between a baby and our youngest. Our youngest is 7.5 yrs old and our older boy 12yrs. He looks absolutely gorgeous.
Hope he is settling in OK and the name change is a big improvement - we were thinking about Robbie ;)

He looks like he might be a mixture of working and show to me. Hope he's settling in well.  You'd be amazed how often we had to convince ourselves that foster dogs had to leave... though we were never 'foolish' enough to foster a cocker  :005:  Even non-cocker homes that foster a cocker for Four Paws often seem to end up keeping them  :005:

Off to his nice new home today  :lol2: - We will miss having him around, but he is off to a good home where he will get all the love and attention he needs  :lol2: And hopefully we will still be able to see him bloom with confidence ;)

It came apparently during his stay with me that there is something wrong with one of his back legs. He has been seen by a vet who suggested ex-rays to see exactly what is going on. These ex-rays will now be carried out closer to his new home.

Yeah, good luck with your new home Nobby/Dobby.
What are they going to call him in his new home?
You did a smashing job with him and from the piccies it looks like you've really started to build his confidence. Well done to you.
Not long now before your new bundle of fluff comes along to fill the gap that Dobby leaves  :luv:

Well we arrived home safe and sound having picked up a nice new collar and tag on the way. Lovely welcome from his new brothers and relaxed eating a chew as I type.

Thanks for all the good wishes
