I think you might struggle to find a reputable rescue which would be prepared to rehome a dog into the kind of environment you describe.
Firstly, reputable rescues expect existing dogs to be neutered - there was a recent debate about this if you do a search; you may not agree, but like it or not that is the way it is

You are lucky that your dog is happy to be kennelled in the garden for 7 hours a day, 5 days a week without becoming noisy and/or distressed at the regular long periods of solitude; not all dogs would thrive in this environment, which is why reputable rescues and breeders require their dogs new homes to be able to provide more contact/company with the dog than this

Of course, you could buy/rescue a dog from the classified listings where these kinds of checks aren't made - but this carries risk, as many advertisers don't tell the whole truth about their dog; you could be faced with a big challenge that will require more commitment than you can give
