Hi All

Well I was absolutely delighted with Douglas' critique from Patsy Hollings of Gunalt Weimaraners that I hope you don't mind me sharing it with you all  :lol:  :lol:  :lol:

21 May 2004 - Douglas' critique from Mrs Patsy Hollings as printed in Our Dogs - OD 1 De Carteret's Kyna Charlie Brown at Derrindee.  Two and a half year old parti coloured dog, super head, balanced throught with firm topline, sound and honest to go over, true mover.  Just like a little more impulsion.

Well done Dessie, she's not one to mince her words is Patsy, so I think you should be very proud, she obviously liked him  :D

Thanks Michele she liked him very much and if he had been a little more exhuberent in the challenge he would of taken BOB.  He did do very well in the AV Open Dog though by taking third place behind a Clumber SH CH and a BIS Irish Setter winner.  I've finally found what makes him tick so am taking a tennis ball to ringcraft at the moment and he is a totally different dog  :wink:

Hi Emma thanks for your congrats.

The topline is the line along the back of the dog - neck to tail, which when on the move should be level and firm and not dipped in anyway.  Hope this explains it.
