Question 1 : No. It will depend on whether the blue roan parent carries the red/orange gene. If not, then all the puppies will be solid black (if the red male does not carry the particolour gene). If he does carry the parti gene, then some pups will be blue roan. If the blue roan parents does carry the red/orange gene, some pups should be red/gold, some black (either solid or some parti if the male carries the parti gene as before)
Question 2: As with question 1, it depends on what colour/s the blue roan female carries. You will only get reds and black/tans if the blue roan also carries both these genes. With any recessive coat colour (like red or liver or "and tan") or recessive coat pattern (roan or "and white"), both parents must carry the respective genes to produce it in their puppies.
