Hi, I know this is a very old thread, but I've just noticed that my 'donator' status under my name has disappeared - is it because such a long time has passed since I donated and/or I last interacted with the forum?

I wanted to make a small donation but when I clicked on the "HERE" link on the first post in this thread and I just got a .."Oops! Sorry, that page isn’t here anymore."

Do you have another link?

Hi Jane

Unfortunately at the moment Paypal is pretty much the only way to donate. However I believe these days as long as you have a debit card you can simply use the PayPal website to process any payments rather than having to create a full PayPal account. I might be wrong though! Anyone else have any first time user knowledge of PayPal?

I set up a paypal account, it was easy to do all you need is your debit card. I use them on line where I can as I was advised it is safer than using your card.  They were very good when I had a problem once and a company never sent me my goods and refused to answer my emails to them. They have an arbitration service to help with things like that and when the company refused to answer them either they credited my money back into my account.  Here is a link

Hope that helps

Haven't donated for ages, so I've just made a small donation to help keep things running.

Thanks for all your work on the site Stu :D
