As Lizzie is only one year old, I only receive fairly recently buried items. The one the other day was a sock I hadnt seen since last summer. Shame I didnt keep the other one. With  a wash, it might have been wearable! Haha. Love to hear of some of your excavated items.

A grey 1960's Austin Mini bonnet that someone had buried in the back garden of our first flat  Actually, I think he was trying to get to the dead cat in a Sainsbury's carrier bag that was under it :005:

Poppy dug up two twenty five year old dog toys at her dog sitters house...from the grave of her old dog!

When we moved into this house, the previous ownersd warned us there were one or two pets buried in the garden incl their staffie Patch. Bella (a major staffie-hater at that time) appeared a few weeks after we moved in witha large, jointed leg bone which we can only assume was one of Patch's. Never found the rest of him or the hole so god knows where she found it!

My first Cocker, Josh, once scurried in from the garden and tried to sneak past me with something muddy and furry in his mouth. As I tried to wrestle it from him I realised it was the remains of Daisy the guinea pig, who had died several months earlier and had been buried in a part of the garden that Josh didn't usually have access to :020:
