Can someone please tell how I do one of those avatars with alternating pictures? Don't even know where to begin :unsure:

Colin will be able to tell you as you need a certain piece of software to do it  ;)  I think it's called morphing?
There's a free one here Smartmorph just make sure it doesn't come bundled with any spyware  ;) Microsoft are doing a Beta version of Microsoft Antispyware which picks up these things  ;) do a google search for that.
