14th March - it's still doing it - trying password with cap first letter and lower case first letter and all it does is let me in if I ask it to change password, so basically anyone could do that couldn't they?? Sorry, can't remember exactly what error message was, but it just let me keep trying and so eventually I get on (I know what my password is, but for soo long I have just been recognised and so it is just a case of whether it remembers first letter as upper or lower case, and even then it sometimes won't let me on, and I just depair ...)
