Just came on here to find out how Jemima is.  I've kept an eye out for any further info.

Just hope that she is recovering well.
Lots of love ... Lizzie

We've had a bit of a bumpy ride over the weekend. The vet Andrew originally said that he wanted another opinion from another neurologist at the surgery today. Both he and the nurses thought that they could see Jem making tiny changes but they weren't sure if they were imagining things or not. However, I've just rang for today's update and they have been hitting the physio hard over the weekend. She has been for walks around the building, outside and she has also been having physio in her cage. This includes running a little pin brush over the pads of her feet. Her eating hasn't improved and she is still shringe fed but they say that they aren't really worried about that as they feel that she will pick up when she is home. They say that the intense physio seems to be paying off and that they can now see a real improvement, soooooo, she is COMING HOME tomorrow! We have an appointment at ten in the morning with the physio and then Andrew. There is a few of us going so that we can all listen to what we need to do once she is home. Sooooooo, I'm excited but very, very nervous at the same time. Thanks again to everyone for keeping positive for us and for all of your good wishes. Will update tomorrow when she is home.  :luv:

 :D  great news  :clapping:

They sound to have been doing a wonderful job at your vets, but I know once Jemima is home where she belongs, she will start to eat and make a more speedy recovery

 :bigarmhug:  to you all  :luv:
