Just seen this - I'm so sorry Dennis has taken a step back. I'm sure there'll be bad as well as good days on the road to recovery, and all you can do is make him as comfy as possible on those bad days. Keep positive for your wee man  :bigarmhug:

So glad to hear Dennis had a better night.  You just be so tired with the worry.  Hang in there you are doing a terrific job, I know how hard all of this is.  Big Hugs for you all I hope with rest today the brave lad will be feeling more like himself tomorrow.

Just caught up with this Maria and I can only echo what everyone has already said - sending lots of hugs and love for you both.
I hope that Dennis was just feeling a little bit sore yesterday and that the tramadol helps him - it certainly seems to have done a little.

He hadnt moved a muscle all night he just cuddled up and went to sleep , i think he liked the fact that i was next to his crate again  ph34r

Jennie definitely loved this with us! she stopped downstairs in her crate alone last night (with Millie in a crate beside her as usual) and she cried a little but settled after a while - think I might be in for a little seperation anxiety to handle once she's better  :-\

lots of hugs  :-* :-*

Just seen this, really sorry to read you've had such a rough day with Dennis  :'(  Hopefully as others have said he's just had a blip and the tramadol was enough to see him through it.
:bigarmhug:'s for you, must feel like this is neverending at the moment  :'(
Sending lots of positive thoughts for your little man  :luv: :luv:

He is quite lively today , but still hasn't had a wee which is rather strange especially at 3 o clock in the afternoon ? I'm keeping a very close eye on him and I'm going to take him to see the vet tomorrow , he has a lump on his spine where he had the surgery it's quite hard ( it's been there since the fluid lump went away ) , I think it will be some sort of scare tissue but I'm going to get it checked out while I'm there.
Thanks for your replies and sorry for my panic and morbid thoughts last night  ph34r

Maria please don't apologise you have a right to feel down now and again you have all been thru the mill you are just so worried about Dennis and want the very best for him.  That is understandable and I applaud you for all your hard work this healing process takes time lots of it and yes has its ups and downs, take care.
