Lots of positive thoughts coming your way for Alfie. Our first cocker Bella (no longer with us) broke her leg when she was 14 weeks old. We were referred to an orthopaedic specialist in Nottingham because she had a spiral fracture to her femur and had broken her tibula and fibula. She ended up with metal pins in for about three weeks and coped with it much better than I did. She was absolutely fine afterwards.

get him on some arnica, it will reduce the swelling ready for your consult tomorrow.

Ditto - it is really magic stuff for this sort of thing  :D

Hope Alfie has a reasonable night - do you have some pain relief for him?

What an awful thing to happen just by racing for a ball. Hope all goes well with the specialist and the outcome is positive.
