It could be worse, they might of recommended Bakers as it's the prettiest!

I had a similar experience, I went it to get some more Arden Grange puppy and was pointed to the senior range, I said that wasnt what I was looking for it is for my puppy, the guy told me they didnt have it in but wouldnt make any difference! needless to say I didnt buy and now shop on berriewoods website - much better and they really know their stuff too
