Tomatoes and cucumber???

Well my two have had just about everything on that list  But in seriousness that list is a really good reminder  I shouldn't panic if your dog gets hold of something it shouldn't in very small quantities, it's when it's lots of the stuff you have to worry IMO

Wherry eats tons of carrots in season (when ex grows them on the farm she digs them up and eats them) I would just think that perhaps they have a relativly high sugar content if anything

I didn't realise mushrooms are poisonous, is it just wild mushrooms? They were about the only veg that Gari wouldn't touch. He ate a carrot every day, and most of it did come out the other end and the birds would eat it!

Absolutely fine.

Buddy gets them sometimes too, when I feel up to the breath afterwards!

Honey regularly gets fish in tomato sauce... and she's often had the odd cherry tomato...

As with a lot of these things, it's more about the quantities you give...  Or if your dog has a particular sensitivity.

Can't see why raw fish would be poisonous?

On my vets advice, Rhomi is being introduced to a raw diet, and because of her allergy problems this will primarily be raw fish.

They can have onions and garlic but not in large quantities - I have given mine raw garlic (the Denes herbal tablets have garlic tablets as its good for infections)

Yes, I think the raw fish is a bit of a fallacy... along with all the lists that say you should never feed any bones (even raw).

Agree with PennyB about the garlic/onion too... Honey doesn't get onion, but regularly gets garlic added to her meat...
